JOB DESCRIPTION:

 An estimator is responsible for the client experience after the initial lead has been made. The position comprises: creating their own schedules, project cost estimation, change orders, supplements, direct communication with home/ business owners, working with BD and PM teams members in imperative, quality control, customer relations, communication with insurance companies and project close out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Analyze construct budget and adjuster information
• Write change orders with information from trade partners, suppliers, and internal resources
• Strive for 100% customer satisfaction
• Team with Business Development and Project Management team members on a regular basis to fulfill expectations
• Understand residential and commercial construction
• Understand residential and commercial microbial growth

 REQUIRED ITEMS:

• Experience with: Xactimate estimating software and Microsoft office
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to enter a crawlspace and attic when required

 Full-Time/ Salary Range: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
